Shipping Policy

  • Orders are dispatched within 4-7 business days after confirmation. Customised or handcrafted items can take from 10 days to 45 days depending on the craft.

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders over INR 1000. For orders below INR 1000, a flat shipping fee of INR 75–99 will be applied across India.

  • After shipment, tracking details are shared via email or can be accessed from the “My Orders” section on our website.

  • Delivery timeframes may vary based on your location and unforeseen circumstances such as strikes or natural events.

  • Our logistics partners include leading courier services for secure and timely delivery. We strive for a smooth delivery experience, but in cases of tampered, missing, or delayed parcels, customers should immediately refuse the shipment or contact us with an uncut video of the parcel opening as proof.

  • If you are unavailable during delivery, our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If undelivered, the order returns to our warehouse, and a customer care executive will assist in rescheduling or refund processing.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns can be initiated within 2 days of receiving your item by contacting our support team through email or the “Returns” section of our website.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging with tags intact, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

  • Customized or made-to-order items (including personalized gifts and custom printed fabrics) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or incorrect.

  • For any damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please provide an uncut video recording when opening the parcel. Claims submitted without such proof may not be accepted.

  • Our logistics partners include leading courier services for secure and timely delivery. We strive for a smooth delivery experience, but in cases of tampered parcels, customers should immediately refuse the shipment or contact us with an uncut video of the parcel opening as proof.

  • If the return is accepted, customers are responsible for shipping charges associated with sending the item back unless the error is ours (wrong, defective, or damaged product).

  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect and notify you of the refund status within 7–10 business days. Refunds, once approved, are processed to your original payment method, or as store credit or coupon code, depending on your choice and the category of goods.
